With this Car2VGA adapter you can connect the MMI 8.8" TFT display of an BMW 7-series with external video sources and a VGA-source (CarPC/Laptop).
You can use up to 2 video sources (PAL/NTSC) with the adapter (eg. DVD, TV, Playstation)
One video port can turn on automatically when rear gear is inserted (=rear camera input)
Easy installation (Plug & Play) :
Remove the display from dashboard. Remove the LVDS connector from the display box and connect the Car2VGA between. Also connect the Car2VGA adapter to power.
The Video/VGA-sources can be choosen with the included remote control unit and I-Drive.
